Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance (by bank transfer to our postal account, credit card, PayPal, etc.) or in cash upon collection. For payments made by credit card or PayPal, we charge the additional fees incurred. When purchasing refurbished/second-hand hardware, revamp-it also accepts Faircoins, Bitcoins, Talente, or "Tauschen am Fluss" hours as alternative methods of payment.
If payment for an ordered item is not received within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the invoice, and we have not been notified of any delay, revamp-it reserves the right to sell the ordered item to another customer.
Shipping Costs
For each order, we charge a flat handling fee of CHF 5 plus the applicable postage. This handling fee is waived for orders exceeding CHF 20.
Orders weighing up to 30 kg with a total order value exceeding CHF 150 are shipped free of charge within Switzerland (PostPac Economy only). Deliveries are available via PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy, or Express, according to your preference.
Delivery Terms
All ordered items may be collected by prior arrangement from our premises at Birmensdorferstrasse 379, 8055 Zurich. In this case, no shipping charges apply.
If you would like your order to be delivered, we normally ship via Swiss Post. revamp-it assumes no liability for transport risks during shipment or for the loss of postal deliveries (see also "Transport Damage"). The recipient is not entitled to a replacement shipment if a delivery is lost in transit.
